Calcium Carbonate
Used by marble-manufacturers and builders as grout and marble repair when mixed with resin. Also used as a thickening agent in figurines. Available in 200 and 325 mesh.
Imported Talcum
High-whiteness filler. Easy to sand and clean finished products made from mixing talc and resin. Talc powder is also be used to cool the skin. |

Stop Sag
A Thixotropic agent used in the polyester resin, rubber, paint and ink industries to reduce prevent the settling of fillers and pigments. Paint and resin sag is minimized when applied on vertical surfaces. Stop sag is used in the rubber industry to decrease product weight. Use up to 3% by resin weight. Sold in 100gm., 1kg and 10kg. |

Aluminum Hydroxide
Translucent filler used in synthetic granite and marble. Used with flame-sensitive cast resin items such as fireplace appliqués, candle holders, lamp stands, light bulb casing, etc. |

Micro-mix
Engineered reinforcing fillers, Micro mix reduces product weight and resin consumption yet improves product strength and fire retardance. Used in FRP for increased rigidity. Also mixed in synthetic granite, FRP furnishings, and cement to reduce weight and cost.
Same size and volume of material: Micro-mix-filled resin (top) weighs a mere 44 gms. vs. 91 gms. of calcium carbonate-filled resin (bottom). Micro-mix also makes the finished product easier to grind, clean, and drill. |

Granite Effect Fillers
Comes ready to be mixed with resin, these granite effect fillers are easy to pour, cast, and clean. Ordinary marble tools may be used for grinding, cutting, and installation. End- products include: bathroom sinks, kitchen counters, fast food tables.

Titanium Dioxide
Opaque whitening filler for paints and filled resin. Lightens dark fillers to a more appealing color for figurines. |

Ultra Violet Stabilizer- Lowilite
Is mixed into the resin. The Indispensable anti-yellowing powder for corrugated sheets and other FRP exposed to the sun. Use .5% by resin weight. |

Fire Retardant fillers- Timonox and DE 83R
Are powders used in combination to create an effective fire-retardant fiberglass reinforced product. Recommended ratios: Timonox, 2% by resin weight; DE 83R, 12.5% by resin weight.
Note the resin sample on the right (opaque white) with Timonox and DE- 83R endured significant flame resistance than the ordinary resin. |

Glow in the dark powder
Mix .5-1% by resin weight. Remember the glow powder will be mixed only into the resin that acts as the “skin” of the object (eg first layer). Use filled resin to fill up the rest of the object. Great fun!
